Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Organizing the daily meetings of the plant head and forwarding the schedule to the concerned departments.
Checking the attendance of the casual workers from the register in the Security.
Ensuring that there is sufficient manpower available to all the departments.
Organizing the guest visits of the Factory.
Dept wise ESI /PF Balance to be updated.
Accounting of left casual manpower and replacing them.
Preparation of Factory imprest request and forwarding to HO fortnight.
Preparation of monthly deductions of Factory Employees and forwarding it to HO.
Updating the monthly attendance and leaves of the employees.
Clearing the bills of Employees.
Payment of the statutory bills
Contract workers ESI bills
Contract workers PF bills
Managing the Factory Security duties.
Liaison works with internal & external agencies.
Scheduling the annual safety audits of the Factory.
Inter departmental co-ordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: MBA HR / MHRM
