Qualifications & Experience:

MBA-HR / MSW / MLW / LLB / PGDHRM or equivalent
12-15 years of experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in chemical or heavy manufacturing industries
Proven track record in union negotiations, conflict resolution, and statutory compliance
