Job Title: Plant Head Location: Survey No. 440, Near Ahmadabad-Indore Highway, Mirzapur, Kathlal Kheda, Gujrat-387630 Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Aluminium Alloy Wire Rod Manufacturing (with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role) Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, or Production Engineering Salary: [Negotiable as per experience and industry standards] Job Summary: The Plant Head will be responsible for overall operations, strategic planning, production efficiency, quality control, safety, and team leadership in the Aluminium Alloy Wire Rod Plant. This role demands strong expertise in aluminium metallurgy, wire rod production, melting, casting, and rolling processes, with proven experience in managing teams and driving plant performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Leadership Lead and oversee entire plant operations including melting, casting, rolling, and finishing processes. Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and implement best manufacturing practices. 2. Quality, Process, and Compliance Ensure strict compliance with ISO, IATF, BIS, and customer quality standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S. Conduct regular process audits and reviews. 3. Team Management Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians across production, maintenance, quality, and safety departments. Ensure skill development and training of staff. Build a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance. 4. Maintenance & Asset Management Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of furnaces, casting machines, wire rod mills, and utility equipment. Ensure maximum machine uptime and asset reliability. 5. Strategic Planning & Cost Control Develop and execute annual production plans, budgets, and CAPEX projects. Monitor and control raw material consumption, power usage, and operational costs. Ensure efficient inventory and spare parts management. 6. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and legal compliance. Lead initiatives for zero-accident operations. Ensure environmentally sustainable operations.
