Plant Head

Job summary :- We are seeking a highly experienced and results- oriented Plant Head to lead and manage all aspects of our manufacturing Plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality standards and safety compliance.

Key Areas :-Operational functions, production planning & execution, Team management, Quality Assurance, Safety Management, Budget Management, strategic planning, problem solving, Maintenance Management , Customer satisfaction and delivery Management, supply chain & logistics Management.

It also ensures that safety policies are enforced stringently and set identifiable goals and objectives for staff.

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
• Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime.
• To manage preventive maintenance for smooth and unhindered operation of plant equipment.
• To take corrective action as and when required for efficient operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
