Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations , including production, plating, quality, maintenance, dispatch, and manpower management . Drive daily production targets , ensuring output quality, plating thickness, and finish meet OEM standards. Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing , 5S , and Kaizen practices to improve productivity and reduce rework/rejection. Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs , safety norms , and environmental compliance (including Zero Liquid Discharge and effluent management). Monitor and control plant budgets , OEE , and cost-per-part performance. Coordinate closely with the corporate planning, purchase, and quality teams to align production with business requirements.
