With 5 plants and 450+ employees, we specialise in motorcycle wheel rims, accessories, and handlebars, backed by advanced powder coating and nickel-chrome plating facilities.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development & New Product Development (NPD) Manager

What You’ll Do

• Identify & acquire new business with OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers (domestic & international)
• Build strong client relationships and lead techno-commercial negotiations
• Drive New Product Development from concept → prototyping → production launch
• Collaborate with plant, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver on time
• Analyze markets & competitors to shape strategy and product positioning

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in 

  automotive components (2W/4W)

• Strong OEM & Tier-1 customer network
• Proven track record in business development & new product launches
• Technical understanding of manufacturing (plating, coating, machining, welding a plus)
• Excellent negotiation, communication & project leadership skills
• Engineering degree (MBA preferred)
