Key Responsibilities: Handle all activities related to GeM portal, including product listing, bid participation, and order processing. Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government tenders (GeM, eProcurement sites, etc.). Prepare and maintain tender documentation, quotations, and compliance papers. Upload and manage product catalogs, specifications, and pricing on GeM. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and management teams for tender requirements and approvals. Track tender status, submission deadlines, and post-bid follow-ups. Ensure compliance with tender terms and company policies. Maintain proper records of tenders, bids, and results.
Role & responsibilities: Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring optimal productivity, safety, and quality standards. Oversee manufacturing processes, preventive maintenance, production planning, and inventory control. Drive continuous improvements in production efficiency and cost optimization. Manage teams across production, maintenance, QA/QC, stores, dispatch, and HR/admin functions within the plant. Coordinate with the senior management on production goals, budgets, and operational strategies. Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO/TS or relevant certifications). Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
