Job Description

Key responsibilities

Operations management: Oversee all aspects of the plant, from production to quality control and maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Performance and output: Monitor and control plant operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets. Improve specific consumption and output as per designed parameters.
Maintenance and planning: Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance schedules. Plan and coordinate annual overhauls and shutdowns.
Safety and compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Team and staff management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees, including conducting performance evaluations.
Budget and resources: Manage the plant budget, optimize resource allocation, and oversee spare parts inventory.
Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate with internal
