## **Responsibilities** * Promote and sell **Power & Distribution Transformers** and other electrical products manufactured by the company. * Identify and develop **new business opportunities (Lead Generation)** in assigned territories. * Coordinate with **Government Utilities (DISCOMs), EPC contractors, and Industrial Clients** for business development. * Present and explain **technical product details, quotations, and proposals** to clients. * Prepare and execute **monthly/quarterly sales plans** to achieve sales targets. * Maintain strong relationships with **existing clients** and ensure after-sales support. * Conduct **market analysis** – competitors, pricing trends, and customer demand. * Participate in **exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings** to promote the company’s brand and products. * Follow up for **timely payments and collections** from customers. * Update **CRM/ERP systems** with sales activities, leads, and reports.
