• Production Management

Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient and timely production in line with business goals.

• Quality Control

Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality improvement initiatives across all processes.

• Cost Control

Manage operational budgets, reduce wastage, and optimize resource utilization to control overall production costs.

• Maintenance and Equipment Management

Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing health and safety regulations and ensuring environmental compliance.

• Manpower Management

Lead and develop plant staff, ensuring effective team performance, proper staffing, and training.

• Inventory & Material Management

Oversee the efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth production flow and minimal stock issues.

• Compliance and Legal

Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including labor laws and industry standards.

• Process Improvement & Efficiency

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Coordination with Other Departments

Collaborate with departments like R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align plant operations with overall business objectives.

• Customer Focus

Ensure plant readiness to meet customer requirements in terms of product quality, delivery timelines, and audit readiness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
