1. Inventory Accuracy
- Conduct physical stock counts
- Reconcile physical stock with system records
2. Stock Management
- Maintain stock levels
- Track slow-moving & fast-moving items
3. Data Entry & Documentation
- Timely and accurate data entry in ERP or inventory system
4. Receiving & Dispatch
- Verify and record incoming/outgoing goods
- Coordinate with logistics/warehouse team
5. Compliance & SOP Adherence
- Follow company inventory policies & safety norms
6. Reporting
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock and movement reports
7. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with purchase, sales, and accounts departments
