Job Description

As an Inventory Management Executive at PENNEP, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring stock availability to meet operational needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Issuing and Receiving Goods: You will be in charge of handling daily incoming and outgoing stock accurately and with care. - Inventory Updates: Keeping inventory records up-to-date by regularly recording inventory data using software or manual logs. - Stock Monitoring: Tracking low stock levels and out-of-stock items, and promptly notifying the concerned team for restocking. - Record Keeping: Maintaining proper documentation and reports of all stock movements. - Coordination: Working closely with the purchasing and operations team to efficiently manage inventory. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in inventory or warehouse management is preferred. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software. - Strong attention to detail and accountability.
