Plant Finance

Location: Krishnagiri, Hosur

You Will

To manage end-to-end

financial control and compliance

for the manufacturing plant, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and strong financial governance to support operational decision-making.

To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To

Plant Accounting & Control

Manage day-to-day plant finance and accounting activities
Ensure accurate booking of production, consumption, and expenses
Monitor plant-level P&L and cost center performance
Maintain strong internal controls at the plant

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

Prepare annual plant budgets and rolling forecasts
Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS for production and management
Analyze deviations in material usage, labor efficiency, and overheads
Support plant leadership with actionable financial insights

Compliance, Audit & Governance

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory and company policies
Handle plant-related audits (internal, statutory, cost audit)
Maintain proper documentation and SOP adherence
Support month-end and year-end closures

You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing / factory accounts
Hands-on experience in variance analysis
ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Tally / manufacturing ERP)
Advanced Excel & MIS reporting skills
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualification & Experience

Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
Experience: 5- 10years
