Plant / Factory Manager

Job Title: Factory / Plant Manager – Spices (FMCG) Location: Kundli / Sonipat Industry: FMCG – Spices & Food Products Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience) Experience Required: 4–8 years (mandatory FMCG / spices / food processing) We are looking for a hands-on Factory / Plant Manager to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations in our spices production unit. The role requires strong on-ground control, team handling, process discipline, and quality focus to ensure smooth daily operations, timely production, and compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:- Production & Operations:- Oversee daily spices processing, blending, grinding, packing, and dispatch Ensure production targets are met with minimum wastage Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and efficiency Coordinate with procurement & store team for raw material availability Quality & Compliance:- Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI, hygiene, and food safety norms Maintain batch records, production logs, and quality check reports Handle internal quality checks and support audits (if required) Manpower & Floor Control:- Manage supervisors, machine operators, packers, and helpers Allocate manpower shift-wise and control attendance & productivity Train workers on SOPs, hygiene, and safety practices Maintain discipline and smooth workflow on the shop floor Inventory & Cost Control:- Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory Control wastage, pilferage, and rejections Coordinate with accounts for production costing and stock reconciliation Maintenance & Coordination Ensure basic preventive maintenance of machines Coordinate with technicians for breakdown resolution Liaise with management for daily production updates and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate / Diploma (Food Technology / Operations / Production preferred) Mandatory experience in FMCG, preferably spices, masala, or food processing Strong understanding of spices manufacturing processes Ability to handle ground-level operations independently Basic knowledge of inventory systems, production reports & MS Excel Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Who Should Apply Candidates currently working as Plant Manager / Factory Manager / Production Head / Operations Manager Professionals who are comfortable with hands-on, on-floor roles Experience in small to mid-size FMCG manufacturing units is a big plus Interested Candidates share your CV on WhatsApp only (+91 9711653738), No Calls.
