Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. Support performance review cycles and employee development programs. Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR matters. Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.). Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, time-to-fill). Ensure compliance with labor regulations and handle audits when necessary.
