Senior Account Manager

Requirements: Candidates must have Bike/scooter/ or their own Vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact and fostering trust.  Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve client objectives, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue.  Account Growth: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential and client satisfaction.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.  Client Needs Analysis: Understanding client requirements, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and support.  Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing account performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.  Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding junior account managers or other team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.  Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving client issues, concerns, or escalations in a timely and effective manner.  Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on account performance, presenting findings to stakeholders, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
