Job Role Description:

Sterling and Wilson hiring for Planning Profile based at Sonipat, Haryana location.

Nos of Position: 2

Experience: 5-10 Years (Exposure in electrical projects planning on Microsoft Projects (MSP) – Software.

Salary: Depends on last drawn

Education: B Tech | BE | Diploma in Electrical

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Develop and implement planning control plans, procedures, and standards to ensure planning & project tracking with specifications and regulatory requirements.

Participate in strategic planning sessions to align quality.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

1. Preparation and tracking of project completion schedule in Microsoft Projects-Software (MS-P) software.

2. Client Delay Notification, Delay analysis, EOT Processing, Claims Preparation and submission.

3. Ensure timely delivery of material at site as per schedule

4. Monitor Site Progress w.r.t. Plan

5. Progress related analysis, Risk identification, Risk Escalation and Risk Mitigation

6. Project Progress Tracker and other Reports Circulation

7. Conduct effective Review Meetings

8. Billing Progress monitoring w.r.t. Material Delivery at site.

9. Periodic Executable BOQ preparation

10. PR creation & ZBOQ Reuploading

11. Manufacturing Clearance and Dispatch Instruction Release to vendors.

12. Budget Consumption Analysis, Risk Identification, and Risk Mitigation.
