Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facilities. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, developing strategies for efficient facility operations, overseeing building and grounds maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and handling administrative tasks related to facility management.

Qualifications

Experience in facilities management and operation
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
Ability to manage and supervise staff
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using facility management software and tools
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the EPC industry is a plus
