Facilities Manager

As an Associate Facility Management at PhysicsWallah, your role will involve the upkeep and maintenance of the facility's day-to-day operations. You are expected to have a good understanding of Facility Management, electromechanical and soft services, and basic knowledge of SOPs and policies related to equipment and services. It is crucial for you to ensure the smooth operation of the facility by being well-versed with daily facility checklists. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of operating various aspects of Administration & Facilities, including VP operations - Understanding of the operation and maintenance of equipment such as AC, DG, UPS, Smart boards, and other classroom equipment - Familiarity with safety procedures and their implementation according to SOPs - Proficiency in maintaining records of consumables like electrical consumption, service logs of facility equipment, and diesel consumption - Ability to manage store/inventory operations and oversee service and maintenance of all equipment Qualification Required: - Preferably BTech or Electrical diploma - 1-3 years of experience in IT/BPO/Studio EdTech industry - Local candidates are preferred for this role Please note that the salary for this position is 4LPA and the location is Kharar, Punjab.,
