Our network of 14 eye hospitals is strategically positioned across the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Telangana. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Relations Associate based in Coimbatore. The Partner Relations Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with partners, developing and executing partner engagement strategies, conducting regular communication and updates, and resolving any issues or concerns that arise. The role also includes coordinating events and activities that involve partners, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of partner interactions. The Associate will work closely with internal teams to ensure all partner needs are met effectively. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing partner relationships Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Skills in planning and coordinating events and activities Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation Ability to resolve issues and concerns efficiently and professionally Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams Experience in Social enterprise or development sector is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
