Job Description

Establish operational objectives and work plans for the global spare parts planning team.
Delegate assignments and oversee execution through subordinate managers or team leads.
Develop, modify, and execute company policies affecting immediate operations and broader organizational impact.
Implement strategic policies and select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Lead supplier and internal meetings focused on KPI and SLA performance, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Analyze complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and service logistics.
Interact with senior management and executive leadership on matters impacting multiple functional areas and customer segments.
Contribute to the development of departmental and company-wide objectives.
