Planning Engineer

About The Company

We are hiring on behalf of a reputed Hospitality & Real Estate Development Group, known for delivering landmark luxury hotels, resorts, and high-end residential communities across India. The company specializes in premium, design-centric projects with world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling & Planning:Develop and manage detailed L4-level project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.Prepare baseline schedules, monitor progress, and update project timelines in coordination with project execution teams.Identify project milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Coordination & Interface Management

Work closely with Civil, MEP, Interior, and Finishing teams to ensure smooth execution as per schedule.Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractors to align on sequencing and activity durations.Monitor interdependencies among various works and ensure integrated planning.

Monitoring, Reporting & Control

Track project performance using earned value management and highlight deviations.Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.Propose corrective actions and recovery plans for any slippages.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

Analyze potential risks affecting project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.Support project head in planning resource allocation and resolving bottlenecks.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain planning documentation, including look-ahead schedules, delay analysis, and project logs.Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.

Key Skills & Competencies
