Physical Security Consultant or Analyst
Gurgaon, Haryana, IndiaWe are seeking a skilled and experience in Access Control System and CCTV to manage and support AXA XL ’s enterprise-level infrastructure and Physical Security Systems across the global offices . The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Physical Security Systems platform, ensuring seamless operation and quick resolution of issues. This role involves remote support, system updates, report generation, and hardware management, aligned with AXA XL and AXA ’s security standards
What You’ll Be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Manage the physical security assets inventory
- Issue Badges, change clearances, and manage access permissions for users.
- Set and modify door schedules and access policies based on operational requirements.
- Run and analyze reports such as Journal and Audit logs to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Monitor door status and alarms, acknowledge alarms promptly, and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage Journal entries and oversee system logs for audits and troubleshooting.
- Program and modify system events, doors, schedules, and access rights within CCURE 9000.
- Configure and program hardware components including panels, clusters, inputs, and outputs within CCURE and Milestone.
- Maintain and support enterprise-level systems, including server management, ensuring high availability and security.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing Level 2 - Level 3 support as per AXA’s enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with regional teams across AXA XL’s Global offices for system updates, support, and incident resolution.
- Document system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with AXA XL and AXA’s security policies and standards.
- Collaborate with AXA XL Global Technology teams to ensure CCure and Milestone are well integrated in overall AXA XL IT rules , policies and processes
- Consulting and guiding design of security infrastructure for office projects - new offices, renovations, etc - to ensure the site will be secured and aligned with our security policies (ex. where to put cameras, where to put badge readers, etc.)
You will report to Senior Delivery Lead, Workplace ESS.
What You Will BRING
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills And Abilities
- Robust understanding of access control hardware and CCTV Cameras
- Experience in server management and enterprise system support.
- Experience in MAS (Master Application Server) & SAS (Satellite Application Server) Architecture
- Knowledge of system architecture levels: Level 2: Intermediate support including system configuration, programming, and hardware diagnostics. Level 3: Advanced support involving system architecture, integration, and complex troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze logs, run reports, and generate audit trails.
- Good communication skills in English; ability to support remote teams and users.
- Knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and system security.
- Relevant certifications in access control or related fields are a plus.
Desired Skills And Abilities
- Bachelor of Technology or Master of Technology
- Certified with CCURE 9000 access control systems. Additional certification in Milestone is beneficial
- Computer-literate, including good Excel and Power Point skills
- Relevant years of experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Open to learning new skills/systems
