This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership skills and a passion for community health. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across assigned locations Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations Monitor prescription accuracy, patient safety, and confidentiality standards Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock rotation Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions where needed Schedule staff shifts and manage performance evaluations Train new hires and provide ongoing professional development Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence and issue resolution Analyze operational metrics and recommend process improvements 📋 Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and EHR platforms Preferred: Experience managing multiple pharmacy locations Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Strong understanding of inventory control and regulatory audits 💡 Skills & Attributes Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and safety Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities
