Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for further rounds. Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures. Client Sourcing & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Negotiate terms of business and ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and recruitment.
