Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various non-IT positions.
• Manage and execute campus hiring initiatives, including organizing campus interviews and job fairs.
• Implement mass hiring strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and manage relationships with potential hires.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.

• Skills:

  Strong skills in field support, campus interviews, mass hiring, bulk hiring, and campus hiring.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Organizational Skills:

  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Work Mode:

  Must be willing to work on-site in a full-time capacity.
