Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Personal Assistant (Female) to provide support in both professional and personal management. This role involves administrative duties, product research, vendor engagement, and frequent travel for events and projects. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with extended stays and on-ground coordination during business travel and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Personal Management

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership.
  • Handle both professional and personal tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

Product & R&D Support

  • Assist in product research, market studies, and competitor analysis.
  • Support leadership in maintaining product timelines, roadmaps, and trial feedback.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners regarding product development and updates.

Vendor & Partner Engagement

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
  • Follow up on deliverables and ensure timely communication.
  • Prepare briefs and summaries for discussions with leadership.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Accompany leadership on frequent travel for business purposes, events, and product launches.
  • Manage logistics for long stays and extended travel requirements.
  • Oversee on-ground coordination during events, meetings, and shoots.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or in a coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be open to frequent travel, events, and extended stays as part of the role.
