You will be responsible for providing full executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting preparation, relationship management, event attendance, travel administration, and ad-hoc research. Additionally, you will support the planning and organizing of the company's presence at external events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain the CEO's diary, ensuring full preparedness for all meetings and engagements. - Handle the CEO's travel arrangements, balancing cost and time efficiency, and processing expenses. - Conduct regular diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and requests. - Work on delegated projects and research to support the CEO in meeting preparation. - Schedule meetings between the CEO and direct reports, committees, and groups. - Liaise with external event organizers and manage administrative responsibilities related to the external event calendar. - Filter information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the CEO, redirecting or taking necessary actions. - Obtain briefings and papers from the Leadership Team on behalf of the CEO. - Undertake desktop research to support the CEO's preparation for meetings and presentations. - Support and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships, including Trustees. - Maintain accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO. - Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO in their absence. - Meet and greet the CEO's guests and ensure their needs are met. **Additional Details:** The role may involve occasional attendance at events as required by the CEO. The position has historically been home and office-based in N. London. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong literacy, verbal reasoning, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in complying with Company Secretary obligations. - Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, reliable, and diplomatic. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of standard office administrative practices. - Experience working with a Board of Trustees within a Charity is advantageous.
