We are seeking a *highly organized, proactive, and smart Personal Assistant (PA)* to support the CEO in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, efficient, and capable of handling confidential and administrative tasks with discretion and confidence.

* Key Responsibilities*

✅ Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.

✅ Coordinate and attend client meetings, investor discussions, and brand promotion events.

✅ Handle travel arrangements and itinerary planning.

✅ Draft reports, presentations, and professional communications.

✅ Serve as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.

✅ Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

✅ Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.

✅ Track key tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

✅ Represent the company professionally in all engagements.

* Required Qualifications & Skills*

*Education:*

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

*Experience:*

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.

*Technical Skills:*

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

✔ Basic computer and internet knowledge.

*Soft Skills:*

Excellent communication skills in *English & Telugu.*

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion.

Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.

*Additional Skills:*

  • English shorthand & secretarial activities.
  • Receptionist & admin coordination.
  • Calendar & travel management.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings or events.
