Performance Test Lead

Job Description

Key Accountabilities of the role Responsibilities Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for various software products and features. Perform manual and automated testing using various tools and frameworks Identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues - dashboards Support a team of software quality engineers Provide technical guidance and feedback to cross functional teams developers and product managers Promote quality standards and best practices throughout the SDLC Quality Advocate Review and improve quality processes and methodologies Communicate test results and status to stakeholders Translate principles from the Quality Engineering Manager and implement them into their area Seek feedback from the teams and act on it Lead show and tells /demos Foster a learning culture Work Experience & Functional/Technical Skills Required 5-6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or testing 2+ years of experience in leading or managing a team of software quality engineers or testers Experience in PAAS and SAAS Experience with various testing tools and frameworks such as TDD, Easyrepro, c#, DB, Selenium, Cypress, etc. Experience with various testing types such as functional, performance, accessibility, visual, etc. Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Dev ops, Lean canvass, Kanban, etc. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset Experience writing tests in JavaScript Experience writing and running API Testing Experience of using Continuous Integration tools such as Azure DevOps. Experience in Mobile Testing and Automation – Appium, Experience in Mobile Apps Development (Android/iOS) Experience of AWS ISTQB or relevant experience Test Automation experience – CI/CD frameworks Nice to have : solid knowledge in more than one programming languages.
