You’ll collaborate with development and operations teams to identify bottlenecks, validate scalability, and ensure systems are optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute performance, load, stress, soak, and endurance tests Develop performance test plans, test cases, and scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner Monitor system behaviour under load using profiling and monitoring tools Analyse performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations Work closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve performance issues Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards for stakeholders Automate performance testing in CI/CD pipelines as needed Continuously improve testing strategies and tools Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner Proficiency in performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic is a plus Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Excellent analytical and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 🌐 About Talent Wave Systems Talent Wave Systems is a dynamic solutions provider specializing in end-to-end recruitment services, US-based technical hiring, and custom web development.
