🚀 We’re Hiring: Release / Environment Manager – 10+ Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred Are you an expert in orchestrating complex releases and managing diverse environments across development lifecycles? We’re looking for a seasoned Release / Environment Management professional to join our team and ensure smooth, reliable, and timely software deliveries. 📍 Location: Chennai 🧠 Experience: 10+ years 🕒 Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) Define and implement release management strategies, including version control and change management Maintain and manage environment configurations and ensure environment stability Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams for seamless release cycles Mitigate risks and resolve release-related issues quickly and effectively Monitor release performance and continuously improve the deployment process. 💼 Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in Release and/or Environment Management Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Experience in managing large-scale, enterprise-level environments Deep understanding of SDLC, ITIL processes, and change/release governance Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ✨ Nice to Have: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) Background in DevOps or infrastructure engineering ITIL Certification or similar credentials.
