Role: Performance Test Lead

Working mode is WFO (5 days) Full-Time - Contractual (Based on performance can be converted to Client direct payroll

Experiences and Skills

• Master's degree/Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ Years) in Performance Engineering
• Strong expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling).
• Development background preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of integrating performance tests into Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Certified Performance Testing Professional (CPTP)
• ISTQB Performance Testing Certification
• Certified JMeter tester
