Job Description: Role: Performance Test Lead Experience: 5+ years CTC Budget: Industry standard Job Location: Bangalore Working mode is WFO (5 days) Full-Time - Contractual (Based on performance can be converted to Client direct payroll Experiences and Skills Master's degree/Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ Years) in Performance Engineering Strong expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling). Development background preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in working with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of integrating performance tests into Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. Experience with Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Datadog. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
