Job role: The Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the company’s online presence, brand visibility, and revenue growth through integrated digital marketing strategies. This role combines expertise in performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube ads, sales funnels, and lead generation) with a strong foundation in digital marketing (SEO, content, social media, email, and influencer marketing). The specialist will be accountable for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across paid and organic channels while ensuring measurable results in terms of ROI, lead quality, and brand engagement. This role combines performance marketing expertise with digital marketing skills, requiring a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and marketing automation to drive measurable business growth.

Job Details

• Position: Performance Marketing Specialist
• Experience: 2–5 years (relevant experience)
• Qualification: +2, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation (Any)
• Location: Sec-74, Phase 8B Industrial Area, Mohali
• Salary Package: 50-60k + Incentives in USD ($)
• Night shift: 6 pm- 3 am, full-time, Work from office
• Cab facility available for both pick & drop
• 5 days working

Mandatory Skills

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn campaigns
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
• Expertise in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X)
• Knowledge of content marketing, influencer marketing, and email automation
• Strong design & creative skills using Canva/Adobe tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and manage end-to-end sales funnels to maximize conversions.
• Drive lead generation and ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
• Manage SEO & SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Handle social media marketing: posting, scheduling, engaging, and growing brand presence.
• Create, manage, and analyze email campaigns and newsletters.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-performing creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Explore influencer partnerships and cross-channel marketing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with ROI analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.
