Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and launching dynamic marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, such as social media, email, search, display, and affiliate marketing. Your expertise in targeting and segmentation will ensure that specific audience segments are reached effectively, maximizing campaign performance and return on investment (ROI). Your role includes continuous ad optimization by monitoring and fine-tuning ad performance metrics, including ad copy, images, targeting, and bidding strategies. You will manage and allocate marketing budgets strategically to achieve business objectives and drive maximum ROI. Data analysis is a key aspect of this role, where you will delve into campaign data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for enhancement, and shape future marketing strategies. A/B testing and experimentation will be conducted to optimize various campaign elements such as ad creative, landing pages, and email subject lines. Conversion rate optimization is crucial, where you will enhance landing pages, websites, and other digital assets to boost conversion rates and enhance user experience. You will also be responsible for conducting Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) analysis to ensure that marketing efforts generate a positive return on investment. As part of a dynamic team, you will coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, fostering cross-channel marketing initiatives. Team collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams is essential to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and goals. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jaipur city, Rajasthan. The work location is in person, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. An expected start date of 18/02/2025 is specified for this role.
