Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize

    paid search (Google Ads)

    and

    paid social (Meta/LinkedIn)

    campaigns.
  • Conduct

    keyword, competitor, and audience research

    to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop compelling

    ad copy, images, and video assets

    in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Implement and manage

    conversion tracking, remarketing audiences, and bid strategies

    .
  • Execute

    A/B tests

    on ad variations, landing pages, and checkout flows for continuous improvement.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end eCommerce funnel

    (from ad click landing page checkout), focusing on CRO and AOV growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance; monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR); and produce actionable insights.
  • Leverage

    analytics dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI)

    and

    CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely)

    to uncover deeper insights.
  • Stay updated on

    platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats

    .
  • Collaborate closely with

    content, email, sales, and marketing operations

    teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field;

    MBA preferred

    .
  • 35 years of proven experience

    managing performance marketing campaigns in

    B2B or eCommerce

    .
  • experience with U.S. markets is must
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager

    .
  • Experience with

    A/B testing, retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation

    .
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in

    Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools

    .
  • Google Ads certification and Meta Blueprint certification preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

    , experiment with new channels, and adapt to changing priorities.

KPIs for this Role

  • Cost-per-lead (CPL) and Cost-per-acquisition (CPA) within defined targets.
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS) 3:1.
  • Click-through rate (CTR) industry benchmarks.
  • Conversion rate (CVR) improvement from ad traffic.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) tracked and reduced over time.

  • Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion rate.

  • Percentage of revenue generated from paid channels.
