Report weekly performance insights and scale winning campaigns. What we're looking for: 2–4 years in performance marketing (B2C app/EdTech/D2C preferred). Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and dashboards. Hustle to experiment and scale campaigns fast.
