Performance Marketing Specialist

What you'll do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Work with the content and creative team to produce high-performing ad assets.
• Report weekly performance insights and scale winning campaigns.

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years in performance marketing (B2C app/EdTech/D2C preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and dashboards.
• Hustle to experiment and scale campaigns fast.
