What youll do

:

Identify and onboard influencers (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, coaching tutors).
Negotiate flat fees, affiliate deals, and long-term partnerships.
Manage campaign calendar and ensure influencers deliver on time.
Track ROI of each collaboration and optimise for conversions.
Build a Student Ambassador Program across Tier-2/3 cities.

What were looking for:

2 4 years in influencer/creator partnerships (EdTech, consumer apps, or agencies).
Strong network of creators in education & youth segment.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Energy to hustle, experiment, and deliver high-impact campaigns.
