Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Executive at Fixail, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and managing high-performing Google & Meta ad campaigns. With at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) accounts, you will continuously optimize ad spend to improve ROAS and conversions. Your role will involve planning and executing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and app installs. You will analyze performance data to create actionable reports and conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages. Collaborating closely with creative and content teams, you will align messaging and visuals to enhance campaign effectiveness. It is essential to stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure campaign success. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram). A proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns, an analytical mindset to derive insights and take necessary actions, and familiarity with attribution tools, tracking pixels, and conversion events are highly valued. This position is based in Calicut, and immediate joiners are preferred.
