Key Responsibilities

· Run and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and Newsbreak platforms.

· Analyze campaign data to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and improve ROI.

· Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot campaign issues and adapt strategies quickly.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing projects.

· Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT effectively to create campaign content, strategies, and automation prompts.

· Continuously learn and adapt through our structured training program before managing independent accounts.

· Ensure compliance with industry best practices, platform policies, and affiliate guidelines.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with strong academic performance.

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

· Proficiency in using AI prompts (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to generate high-value marketing assets.

· Strong interest in affiliate marketing; prior experience in Facebook Ads / Google Ads / Newsbreak Ads is a significant plus.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Proactive, self-driven, and willing to adapt to a dynamic industry environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience in programmatic buying, tracking tools, or affiliate networks.

· Understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.

· Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager is a strong advantage.

· Basic Salary: Highly competitive base aligned with industry-leading standards.

· Performance Incentives: Among the best in the industry – up to 15% of the gross profit generated from your campaigns (post-training).

· Training Program: Structured onboarding and mentorship to prepare you for independent performance.

Working Hours
This role operates on a two-shift hybrid model:

· In-office: 2–4 hours in the afternoon.

· Remote: 4–7 hours in the late evening (depending on shift schedules).
