Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, based in Surat. The specialist will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to optimize performance across various platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign metrics, targeting key audiences, conducting market research, and crafting strategies to achieve marketing goals. The role also involves collaborating with creative teams, providing actionable insights, and ensuring campaigns align with the overall branding strategy.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and craft data-driven campaign approaches.
Sales knowledge to align marketing strategies with revenue generation goals and objectives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in performance marketing or a similar role is an added advantage.
