Role Overview The Junior Engineer will play a key role in managing on-site operations, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality finishing works in high-rise projects. The candidate should bring hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities Address and resolve on-site issues while providing support to clients. Plan, coordinate, and execute rectification activities. Monitor and manage project costs, materials, and vendor/agency coordination. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all times. Support senior engineers and project managers in smooth project execution. Desired Skills Strong technical knowledge of high-rise finishing works. Excellent site management and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges proactively. Strong communication and client-handling skills.
