Job Summary:

Client Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client briefs, and expectations and deliver as per expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketer, Content, Designers) to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare and share project timelines, updates, with clients
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely completion of campaigns.
  • Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
  • Maintain proper documentation, briefs, and communication records.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Communications, Business Administration

    or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coordination, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content, Websites)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
