Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :


1. Campaign Strategy & Planning - Develop performance marketing strategies across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon Ads, etc.)


2. Channel Management 

a. Affiliate marketing

b. Email marketing and retargeting

c. Marketplace ads (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart)


3. Conversion Optimization - A/B test creatives, copy, and call-to-actions (CTAs)


4. Collaboration with Other Teams

  • E-commerce team: for promotions, product pushes, and inventory sync
  • Creative team: to develop ad creatives and copy
  • Merchandising: to promote bestsellers or clear slow-moving stock


5. Promote seasonal campaigns, sales, new launches, and festive promotions


6. Ensure alignment with store inventory and supply chain availability


Skills Required :


  • Strong analytical skills (data-driven decision making)
  • Digital ad platform expertise
  • Understanding of customer behavior in retail
  • Creative testing and messaging
  • Budgeting and forecasting
