Senior Content Writer & Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Content Writer & Strategist which involves leading content strategy, crafting compelling copy, and guiding creative teams to deliver integrated, results-driven communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content and copy for digital, print and offline platforms
• Lead campaign ideation and content strategy
• Develop engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for marketing campaigns
• Write and adapt content in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams on campaign concepts and execution
• Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice across all touchpoints
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, impact, and timelines
• Apply basic SEO and marketing communication principles
• Manage multiple formats and deadlines efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in an advertising or creative agency in a senior content or strategy role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual skills across multiple formats
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills
• Experience with digital platforms, social media, and content analytics

Must Have

• 2-3 years of experience required
• Location: Surat On-site (No WFH)
• Proficiency in Gujarati language is must
