About the Role

We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing inside out and can run Meta and Google Ads with confidence. If you enjoy building campaigns, analysing data, improving ROAS and driving consistent results for multiple brands, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals.
• Manage budgets, track daily and weekly performance and ensure campaigns meet KPI targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis.
• Create clear performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Test new strategies, formats and audiences to improve conversions.
• Monitor analytics dashboards and fix issues quickly.
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and funnel optimisation.
• Experience managing monthly budgets across different industries.
• Good command over Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and tracking setups.
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear action points.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Agency experience is a bonus.
