About the Role

Performance Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch & optimize campaigns on Meta & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
• Run A/B tests and optimize for CTR, CVR, CAC & ROAS.
• Create compelling ad copy and work with the creative team for high-performing assets.
• Manage targeting, remarketing, lookalikes & conversion tracking.
• Monitor budgets & performance daily, and generate actionable reports.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends & best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content & sales to align campaigns with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1+ year hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads campaigns

✅ Strong grasp of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.)

✅ Skilled in Ads Manager, Google Ads & Analytics

✅ Analytical mindset with attention to detail

✅ Ability to juggle multiple campaigns & deadlines

✅ Great communication & reporting skills

Bonus Points if You Have

✨ E-commerce/D2C experience

✨ Knowledge of SEO & landing page optimization

✨ Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
