Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads) located in Dwarka. The specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, conducting data analysis to inform decision-making, testing different ad creatives, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Collaboration with the marketing team and effective communication of campaign results will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities
• Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification) are a plus
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize for CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team on visual assets
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and organic traffic strategies and hands on experience
