Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Type: Full-Time About The Role We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads). You’ll work closely with product, design, and content teams to generate qualified traffic and drive ROI-focused results. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPL. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve campaign efficiency. Perform deep-dive analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance dashboards. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, deriving insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing. Work with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in a product-based or D2C environment. Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion tracking. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Knowledge of keyword research, audience segmentation, and media buying strategies. Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization.
